5.4. Information placed by the User in the Author Profile (bio, interests).

5.5. Anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) collected via internet statistics services.

6.1. The purpose of processing is: providing access to the Service, including AI-assisted content generation features; creating and maintaining an Author Profile; publishing literary works; enabling interaction between users (comments, ratings); and informing the User via email.

6.2. The Operator may send notifications about new products, services, and special offers. The User can opt out of these notifications at any time.

7.1. The legal bases for personal data processing are: contracts concluded between the operator and the personal data subject; applicable laws and regulations in the field of personal data protection.

7.2. The Operator processes personal data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms on the site or via email. By filling out the forms and/or sending personal data, the User expresses consent to this Policy.

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation.

8.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access.

8.2. Personal data of the User will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of current legislation or if the User has given consent for the transfer of data to a third party to fulfill obligations under a civil law contract.

8.3. Users can update their personal data by notifying the Operator via email with the subject "Data Update".

8.4. Personal data of users is stored on secure servers. Data of Russian citizens is stored on servers located within the Russian Federation.

8.5. When using AI generation features, the Operator transmits only anonymized technical information and creative context to external providers, which does not allow for personal identification.

8.6. Public Data: Personal data that the User independently makes public by placing it in a public Author Profile or within published works (pseudonym, avatar, description) may be accessible to an unlimited number of people and indexed by search engines. The Operator is not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information that the User has independently made public.

10.1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at support@fanfica.com.

10.2. Any changes to the privacy policy will be reflected in this document. This policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
